For purposes of Wholesale + Trade Terms of Trade, from hereon in...the term "Trade" encapsulates "Wholesale + Trade", and "Coastal Drift" refers to the Company "Africa Trader Pty Ltd, A.C.N. 666 505 568."


Payment in full must be received before the despatch of all orders.  A 50% deposit is required to secure all stock for any forward orders more than one week in advance to hold stock. Payment via Direct Deposit, Credit Card (3% merchant fee) or Cheque (must clear prior to despatch). Coastal Drift Interiors is not responsible for the delay of delivery due to late payment being received.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Amex or EFT (all credit cards incur a 3% merchant fee on Trade orders. We do not accept Afterpay or Paypal for Trade orders. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT.


50% deposit is required to secure stock for all orders. If deposit payment has not been received and stock runs out, the order will be allocated to the next incoming shipment. Coastal Drift does not guarantee availability of stock without deposit payments. Balance payment is due before despatch. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. We try our best to get your order dispatched to you as soon as possible, but we are sometimes affected by delays outside of our control. We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, the payment received for the cancelled product will be refunded in full to the stockist if applicable.


100% payment must be made to commence work on special orders and custom-made items. We will not refund for change of mind unless these items are faulty – and then it is at the discretion of Coastal Drift.  Coastal Drift is not responsible for the delay of delivery due to late payment being received.


Pricing is subject to change without notice, unless already invoiced. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), exclusive of freight and inclusive of GST.  GST will be separately itemised on your invoice for all Australian customers.  International customers will not be charged Australian GST.  Your freight costs will be calculated upon confirmation of order.  The RRP for each product is listed on our website ( Stockists are free to set your own pricing as you see fit, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP.


Freight is not included in product pricing for wholesale accounts, instead it is calculated and applied to your order before invoicing & payment. You will receive a freight quote before your order is shipped. In-stock items usually ship the next working day. If you place an order that contains both backorder and in-stock items, the order will be split to ship in-stock items immediately. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock. Shipping fees apply to each separate order and are for 1 man delivery to your location, with assistance to receive the goods for larger items, if an additional helper is required - please notify at time of invoicing so that we can quote appropriately. If there stairs/access issues that would need special attention please notify us at time of invoicing.


Return of faulty/broken items should occur within 7 days of receiving them. To report a broken item, please email the details of the damage and an image to, and quote your invoice number. Non-delivery must be reported immediately. All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated. We do not accept return of unsold goods, change of mind or preference of natural variation in raw or painted materials like cane, brass, timber, wool, etc. All Coastal Drift products are handmade, therefore some variation between each piece will be evident.  The surface of natural & handmade products is crafted to embrace the natural differences in each piece. This is not considered a fault. Any refunds will be processed only once all goods are returned to us and approved for refund by the team. Freight is not refunded in these cases.


Please note as a Coastal Drift stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area. We endeavour to ensure there is not crossover of specific product lines in your suburb but cannot offer exclusivity of the range when purchasing only from specific categories. Please get in contact if you would like to check on stockists in your area/to request exclusivity of certain product lines you are wishing to stock. These requests are assessed on a case by case basis, in consultation with our local agents/sales team.


Coastal Drift products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy, Catch, etc. Selling Coastal Drift products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance. Products can be sold on a stockist's website only once this product has been ordered directly from Coastal Drift, unless special permission is given.


All Coastal Drift product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of Coastal Drift.  As such all products listed for sale online must show our style names and that they are clearly Coastal Drift Interiors branded products. Approved Coastal Drift stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the Coastal Drift website for the purpose of promoting the product/s if these products have been purchased directly from Coastal Drift. High res images are available for download via email request, just get in touch at for more info/to request images. By placing an order with Coastal Drift you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
