SHIPPING POLICY
Coastal Drift Interiors delivers Australia-wide using a variety of different carriers depending on the size of your order and your location. We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers. If you are located outside of Australia and wish to place an order, we can also deliver to you. Please contact us at warehouse@coastaldrift.net for a national or international freight quote. Your quote will be calculated based on your destination and the measurements of your order.
24 hours’ notice is required for all pickups. Goods will only be despatched once final payment has been received. Delivery of product is subject to availability. Please check with our office on availability and product lead-times. We will endeavour to ship all items within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated between 3 - 7 business days. However, we advise that you please allow up to 7 days for all deliveries.
It is the customer’s responsibility to acquire the correct delivery address and details of the recipient. Any extra deliveries due to incorrect address information will incur delays and additional delivery fees. Deliveries to unit complexes or apartment blocks require a suitable contact number before delivery.
The booking of delivery transport is a complimentary service offered by Coastal Drift Interiors who will determine the appropriate shipping mode and carrier. Freight is an additional charge to be added to invoice for payment. Coastal Drift Interiors will endeavour to find the best price freight for the appropriate transport required for each order. Orders are despatched are from our Mona Vale warehouse. For courier transport, consignment information will be provided for tracking the delivery. Due to the nature of courier transport, we encourage you have “Authority to Leave” on your booking. If “Authority to Leave” is not provided, there may be additional redelivery charges for failed deliveries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Coastal Drift Interiors do not offer refund for any delays on pre-orders due to circumstances outside of their control due to COVID-19 - for example international freight delays, Australian Quarnatine controls or Australian government restrictions of trade and movement within Australia. Coastal Drift Interiors do not offer a refund for change of mind. We recommend you choose your items carefully and consider measurements and dimensions before purchasing items in store and online. In certain circumstances, we may authorise an exchange. Additional Transport charges for exchanging product will incur the additional transport fees. Only faulty or damaged product may be returned and are subject to prior authorisation at Coastal Drift Interior’s discretion. Any exchange or return should be made within 7 days of receiving goods. Sale items are not covered by our Returns & Exchange Policy.
